All our international shipments are managed by FEDEX Priority Service, this way we ensure the delivery of our products in no more than 5 working days although most of our shipments are made in a maximum of 48 hours.
Once your purchase has been made, you will receive a confirmation email. Your order code will appear. Using this code you can check the status of your shipment at any time from your user account at www.arolaborganic.com.
From AROLAB Organic® and together with Fedex we equip all our shipments with the necessary documentation so that the customs procedures of the different countries are as agile as possible. Everything and so, in certain cases, shipments outside the EU may be subject to import taxes.

AROLAB Organic® reserves the right to refuse any order. If so, the reasons will be duly communicated by our team and the total amount of your order will be refunded.

AROLAB Organic® accepts returns of all its products as long as these:
- the returned item is unopened and its general condition has not been damaged.
- the products have been purchased through our sales platform www.arolaborganic.com.
- the return is made within 14 working days after receiving your order.
In the case of purchasing our products from another sales platform that is not www.arolaborganic.com, the return will be processed uniquely with this platform and under the conditions of sale, shipments, and returns of the same.
AROLAB Organic® is not responsible for the actions carried out by other sales platforms and so, if necessary, do not hesitate to contact us at email@example.com so that we can manage any doubt or conflict with the procedures of sale, shipping or return of our products purchased outside the sales platform www.arolaborganic.com.
Please keep with you the proof of shipment of any return or exchange, until it has been received by AROLAB Organic®.
If you request a refund for your purchase, it will be made within 15 working days from the time AROLAB Organic® has received the return of your order. If you request an exchange, a new shipment will be made immediately after AROLAB Organic® has received the return of your order. For this, the returned order must fulfill the conditions of return. If this is not the case, the same product will be returned to you and neither the exchange nor the refund will be possible.
To guarantee the high quality of our products and the use of fresh ingredients, all AROLAB Organic® productions are carried out several times a year and following the lunar calendar. For this reason and due to its artisan elaboration, the number of products in each production is limited.
If one of our products is no longer available, the date of availability will be indicated on our website. In this way you will have the opportunity to purchase the item as Pre-Order, ensuring the shipment of the same on the date of availability indicated.
The payment of all Pre-Order orders is made at the time the product is available and before it is shipped. If you have placed a Pre-Order order, our team will contact you at the time of collection, confirming your purchase, shipping, and tracking code.
