Order Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at myorder@arolaborganic.com indicating your details and the details of the order.

Please note our shipping and returns conditions when contacting us.

Order confirmation

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact our customer service department, via email: myorder@arolaborganic.com.

And when your order is ready and leaves the warehouse you will receive an email with the FEDEX tracking number, with which you can track your order.

www.arolaborganic.com is the official distributor of all the products it sells.

Taxes

The prices of the products that are on sale in our e-commerce stores include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Incorrect order

If you mistakenly receive an item other than the one you ordered, please contact our customer service department: myorder@arolaborganic.com

Defective product

At www.arolaborganic.com we only sell articles in perfect condition and 100% original.

Do not accept delivery if the package is defective and return it to FEDEX.

If you have already accepted the delivery and if you receive a defective item, broken or with a factory defect, please contact us via email myorder@arolaborganic.com indicating your order number.

Products

The products match the images, except in those cases where there was an error with the photo that appears on the website. The products are the same that you can find in any of our stores. Also remember that we are the official distributors of all the brands we sell, so you will always receive only original products.

It is not necessary to register to be able to make a purchase, it is enough to facilitate the necessary data.

Delivery time

All your purchases from www.arolaborganic.com are shipped with FEDEX, the leading company in parcel transport. By working with the best logistics operator, which has the largest transport network and a great deal of experience in distribution logistics, we can offer you great assurance that your shipment will arrive successfully. All orders placed on working days will be received in a maximum of 5 working days, although the average delivery time is 48h-72h, depending on the time you make the purchase.
